Take your placement test

A diagnostic across all four skills — Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading. The AI sets your CLB baseline per skill and identifies exactly where the gaps are.

💡You finish with a CLB score per skill, an estimated weeks-to-exam-ready timeline, and your first daily study plan already generated.
🗓️
02Daily, 20 min

Get your daily plan every morning

The AI builds a fresh study plan every morning based on your most recent performance. Your weakest skill always gets priority.

💡Plans draw from four skill pools: Speaking, Writing, Listening, Reading. Sessions are 8–20 minutes — designed for real life, not ideal conditions.
🎤
03Every session

Practice with the AI examiner

Speak to an AI that sounds like a real French examiner. Get graded on fluency, vocabulary, coherence, and pronunciation. Submit writing and receive a CLB-calibrated score in seconds.

💡Speaking sessions cover all TEF Canada oral formats: Section A (obtaining information) and Section B (arguing a position). TEFAQ Quebec scenarios are also included.
📝
04When you are ready

Take a full mock exam

Full TEF Canada (2h 45min) or TCF Canada simulation. Timed and locked — exactly like the real thing. You receive a CLB score per skill and a detailed gap analysis.

💡Mock exams reveal exactly which sections lose marks. The AI then adjusts your plan to close those specific gaps before your real exam date.

Track your CLB until all four skills are green

Your CLB tracker shows progress per skill, gap to target, and an estimated exam-ready date. The platform tells you when you are ready — you do not have to guess.

💡When all four skills hit the CLB 7 threshold, you are exam-ready. Book your TEF Canada or TCF Canada at Alliance Française Nigeria and go.
Common questions

Everything you need to know.

How long does it take to reach CLB 7?

Depends on your starting level. Starting at A2–B1, most candidates reach CLB 7 in 12–16 weeks of consistent daily practice (20 minutes per day). Starting at B2, 6–8 weeks is realistic.

Do I need to know any French to start?

No. The placement test sets your baseline from scratch. If you are a complete beginner, the AI starts you at A1 and builds from there. Most of our learners start at A2–B1.

How is this different from Duolingo or Babbel?

Duolingo teaches vacation French. Babbel teaches business small talk. Neither knows what CLB 7 requires, neither grades you against the actual TEF rubric, and neither was built for a Nigerian going to Canada. We were.

Will this work for TEF Canada, TCF Canada, AND DELF?

Yes. The platform covers TEF Canada, TCF Canada, DELF B1/B2, and TEFAQ. You choose your target exam during onboarding and the AI tailors content accordingly.

Is there a human tutor option?

Not at MVP launch. The AI handles all teaching, grading, and feedback. Human tutor sessions — vetted, Alliance Française certified — are planned for V2 after launch.

How do I register for the actual TEF Canada exam in Nigeria?

Register directly through Alliance Française Lagos (Ikoyi or Lekki) or Alliance Française Abuja. Book at least 4–6 weeks in advance as seats fill quickly. The exam costs approximately CAD $300–400.
